Appointment

1 On the recommendation of the vice-chancellor, Council may appoint a university secretary on such terms and conditions as it determines.

Duties and responsibilities

The university secretary must-

  1. have custody of all official documents and muniments of the University;
  2. publish the Calendar, legislation and official records of the University as required by any statute, regulation or resolution of Council; and
  3. be the secretary to Council and perform any other duties imposed by any statute, regulation or resolution of Council. .
