Melbourne University Publishing Ltd

Melbourne University Publishing Limited (MUP) is a public company limited by guarantee. The company is a subsidiary of the University of Melbourne as its sole member. Its board consists of nine directors, all of whom are appointed by Council. With the exception of the ex-officio director, they hold office for a period of three years and are eligible for reappointment. The Council may remove any director.
