Professor Cory will undertake biomedical research at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute and continue her involvement in the Gene Technology Access Centre (GTAC), an innovative science program for school students and teachers run jointly by the University’s Microbiology and Immunology Department, University High School, and the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute. In addition she will be involved in public communication in her areas of expertise (e.g. biomedical research, cancer) through contributions to conferences, seminars, and public lectures and other public forums.
