922-123 LaTrobe-Modern Greek Thesis

Prerequisites	Admission to fourth-year combined honours in Modern Greek. Students wishing to commence the Modern Greek thesis in semester one should contact the honours coordinator in September of the previous year. Students wishing to commence the Modern Greek thesis in semester two should contact the honours coordinator before the end of April.
Semester	1, repeat 2 (view timetable)
Contact	Regular meetings with supervisor over two consecutive semesters of enrolment
Subject Description	A research thesis on an aspect of Greek language, culture or society.
Generic Skills	have experience of making an original contribution to knowledge about an aspect of Modern Greek language, culture or society.
Assessment	A 12 000-word thesis in Modern Greek or a 12 000-15 000 word thesis in English on an approved topic 100% (due in the second semester of enrolment).
