Subject Description | This is a fully tutored, web based subject that focuses on planning and preparing for work in a developing country. The class will discuss the causes of ill health amongst populations living in poverty and analyses available solutions. A health science background is not essential. |
Assessment | Written work totalling 4000 words (100%) comprising weekly thematic modules, on a WebCT course management platform, weekly discussions and assignments, and collaboration on a team project with peers from different disciplines and institutions. |
