Subject Description | This drawing-based unit offers a critical inquiry into drawing as a primary mode of visualisation. The unit will combine a skills-based enquiry using traditional approaches to drawing, perspective and storyboarding. The program of seminars and lectures examines the processes that shape ways of seeing, modalities of spatial representation and the construction of narrative. The unit will trace the historical and cultural shifts in visual representation across analogue and digital media. |
