Subject Description

This subject offers a further development of the semester one program, broadening and consolidating the student's grasp of methodology and its application in their work. As in Printmaking Studies 1 the methods and materials component still forms a significant aspect of this subject with the introduction of additional processes, techniques and other technical matters. Group projects and individual work tasks may be set to develop skills in specific printmaking procedures. Formal individual and group tutorial sessions are held on a timetabled basis with students to critique their work and evaluate their progress. These are undertaken within the major study and across the departmental structure.

Assessment

As for Printmaking Studies 1.
