Subject Description | This subject focuses on methods for resolving international disputes and the institutions involved in such dispute settlement. United Nations, regional and ad hoc institutions will be discussed during the course. The course will focus on current international conflicts as a way of illustrating particular points and in any year will cover a number of the following:

Assessment | Research essay 5000 words 100% (due end of semester). Students must attend 10/12 classes (hurdle requirement). |
