Subject Description | The subject examines the property valuation and investment environment with particular emphasis on the application of quantitative methods and the analysis of real property. Topics covered include review of discounted cash flow, property finance and financial analysis, after tax property analysis, specialised properties, the property as a business, property securitization and property market sectors. At the conclusion of this subject, students should be able to:
