Subject Description

Upon completion of 610-315, students should have developed skills in conducting instrument-based laboratory experiments in kinetics, surface chemistry, electrochemistry, photochemistry, and polymer and surfactant chemistry. The range of practical exercises will also develop observational skills and scientific report-writing skills.

The course will consist of a number of experiments involving the physical and instrumental investigations of important chemical systems and phenomena.

Ongoing assessment of practical work in the form of short reports and assignments due during the semester (100%)
