Subject Description

This subject builds on the content and skills developed in Introduction to Strategic Management in HRD. In addition to an increased depth of study in business planning and human resource development, topics include, linking training programs and the achievement of organisational objectives, organisational culture, change management and executive professional development

Assessment

Assignments totalling 4000 words or equivalent.
