Subject Description	This subject builds on the research conducted in Workplace project: research and analysis and requires the participants to conduct, manage, implement and evaluate an innovative research project in the workplace with support from the supervising lecturer.
Assessment	Assignments totalling 4000 words or equivalent.
Prescribed Texts	A collection of appropriate readings will be prepared for students.
