This subject builds on the concepts of Management of the Training Function and introduces participants to cost-based theories of management decision making. Other topics include: measuring training outcomes, benchmarking, efficiency and effectiveness, business cases, cost/benefit analyses, objective setting, auditing the training function.

Assignments totalling 4000 words or equivalent.

A collection of appropriate readings will be prepared for students.
