Subject Description | This subject is an introduction to the issues involved in planning and executing the human resource development function within organisations. It includes strategy and planning, forecasting, organisational resource allocation, strategic human resource development, strategic human resource problem solving, supervising professional education, understanding the internal and environment including the strategic role of budgeting and understanding the changing contexts of professional education. |
