Subject Description | This subject considers the impact of regulatory policy on professional education and training and development. It contains topics which include the legal and political framework governing training and development, regulation and legislation such as copyright considerations, employment law, antidiscrimination, sexual harassment, occupational health and safety and other relevant legislation. |
