Subject Description | This subject introduces selected learning theories, particularly cognitive theory and theories of intelligence, aspects of concrete and abstract thinking, and strategies for identifying and accommodating the learning needs of individuals, including a range of teaching and training styles and how these styles may affect communication in education and training. |
