Subject Description

This subject studies social and cultural constructions of diversity in the globalising workplace, including alternative definitions of access and equity in education and training; cross-cultural training and productivity outcomes; and the development of contextually-sensitive training and learning strategies to address diversity. Theoretical underpinnings of interpersonal communication are explored and connected to workplace learning practices.

Assessment

Assignments totalling 4000 words or equivalent.
