Subject Description | This subject investigates the application of management models to education and training with consideration to quality assurance and regulatory requirements. Students will develop skills in designing, managing and evaluating a training and assessment system. Topics include management models, determining system boundaries, business record keeping systems, evaluation models, quality assurance frameworks, human resource management systems, budget planning and forecasting, and financial reporting. |
Assessment | An assignment totalling 4000 words or equivalent. |
