Subject Description

This subject introduces adults' workplaces as learning environments. It includes: an analysis of some main contexts of adults' work, such as in business; an introduction to designing adult learning experiences, including the facilitation of group processes, mentoring, supporting individual learning, and the place of leadership. Theoretical underpinnings of skill formation are explored and connected to workplace learning practices.

Assessment

Assignments totalling 4000 words or equivalent.
