Subject Description | This subject investigates the processes involved in conducting an organisational professional education and training needs analysis. Topics include researching and identifying organisational needs, developing competency specifications, modes of needs analysis, ascertaining trends in the environment, introduction to survey design and analysis, and identifying priorities for training. |
Assessment | An assignment totalling 4000 words or equivalent. |
Prescribed Texts | A collection of appropriate readings will be prepared for students. |
