Subject Description | Students will increase their responsibility for an early childhood program and its implementation. Students will plan and implement curriculum that is responsive to group dynamics, children's needs and interests and that acknowledges gender, cultural, ethnic and developmental differences. Students will develop and implement a range of appropriate assessment strategies. Students will critically reflect on their professional practice and the implementation of the regulations and code of ethics that govern children's services. Students will undertake responsibility for the planning and implementation of half-day programs in the final week. |
