Twenty days in a school designated by the faculty, normally in a 1-week block and a three-week block placement at the same school

Subject Description

Through direct experience, the subject provides for understanding of the overall functioning of primary schools, capacities and responses of individual children in school settings; and specific characteristics of a school's operations for the completion of a school year and development of teaching skills to effectively implement planned programs for a whole day across key learning areas.

Assessment

Twenty days of satisfactory supervised school experience.
