Subject Description | This subject aims at further consolidating and developing students' competence in German and introduces them to important cultural, literary and linguistic aspects of the German-speaking countries. The language component is designed to consolidate and extend the students' proficiency in both written and spoken language through a range of activities, including grammar exercises and analysis of more complex texts and authentic audio-visual material. The Special Studies seminars gives students the opportunity to develop topics of interest within the general areas of German literature, linguistics and culture.
