• acquire public speaking skills and confidence in self-expression, through tutorial participation and class presentations.

Four pieces of written homework 20% (due throughout the semester), a 1-hour mid-semester written test 20%, a 10 minute oral test 20% (end of semester) and a 1-hour written test 40% (due at the end of semester).
