Subject Description | This subject complements 110-165 Indonesian Level 1A by developing students' basic knowledge of Indonesian society and culture. Grammar, vocabulary and language skills are integrated and reinforced using a variety of texts and audio-visual material. |

Assessment | Written work totalling 1000 words 50% (due throughout the semester), a short oral presentation 25% (due at the end of semester) and a final essay 500 words 25% (due during the examination period). Students are required to attend a minimum of 80% of all classes in order to be eligible to take the examination. |
