Subject Description | This subject, which is taught jointly by several members of staff, examines the historiographical foundations, theoretical frameworks, and recent developments, of the discipline art history from the Renaissance to the present. It critically examines a range of methodological approaches to the interpretation of particular works of art, with an eye to their application in the student's own research projects. |
