8. Bachelor of Arts and Sciences
The Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (BASc) is a four-year single degree course which allows students to study subjects from both the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Science. Students wishing to transfer from the BASc to the Bachelor of Arts (BA) must submit an application in September for entry the following year and must meet later-year entry requirements for the Bachelor of Arts degree, ie. they cannot transfer into the BA by discontinuing the Science component of the degree. See Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (BASc) and Language study in combined arts degree.
