922-216 LaTrobe-Post Intermediate Spanish B
Note	Special enrolment arrangements apply. Students must contact the Faculty of Arts Office for application forms and further details. Students who have completed 922-008 La Trobe - Spanish Intermediate 2B are not eligible to enrol in this subject.

Contact	Two hours of practical language classes and a 2-hour culture seminar per week. Classes will be offered at the University of Melbourne, subject to minimum enrolments
Subject Description	This subject combines the further development of language skills through a variety of activities with the study of aspects of Spanish and Latin American cultural and literary texts. Grammatical study is complemented by advanced practical oral work.
Generic Skills	enhanced analytical skills; enhanced observational skills; enhanced communication skills. enhanced critical skills.
Assessment	Written work comprising: a 1000-word essay 20%, class tests 30%, an oral presentation and interview 20% and a 1.5-hour written test 30% (due at the end of semester). Students must pass the end of semester written test in order to pass the subject.
