Subject Description | This subject concentrates on further training in listening and speaking skills in Spanish. Listening activities constitute the core of the subject, and are comprised of materials from a diverse range of varieties and registers of Spanish. Students will work individually and in small groups on a range of activities and tasks involving comprehension and production of original materials. Much of this work will be done in the computer-aided language laboratory and the audio language laboratory. |

Assessment | Two 15-minute listening comprehension tests 30% each (due during the semester), class participation throughout the semester 20%, and one group project of 250 words 20% (due at the end of the semester). |
