Subject Description | This subject examines the growth of Asian megacities within the context of Asia-Pacific urbanization from various theoretical perspectives. Second, using a hands on planning approach, issues such as manufacturing, office development, port and airport expansion are examined. The subject concludes with the development of regional scale planning approaches. |
Assessment | Class exercises of not more than 1000 words (20%), one essay of up to 2000 words (40%), and a two-hour examination (40%). |
