Subject Description | This subjects covers aspects of law that are central to the work of practising artists and arts organisations. Topics covered will include an understanding of the ramifications of intellectual property and moral rights, artists' legal obligations with regard to taxation and insurance and an introduction to the legal implications of contracts and letters of agreement. |
Assessment | Written work totalling 4000 words, which will include a minor assignment and a written examination. |
