Students cannot receive credit for both this subject and 615-373. This subject differs from 615-373 in that a generic IS project may be offered, with a member of the department playing the role of client. |

Subject Description | This subject is based around the completion of a significant information systems project. Clients of the project will normally be internal to the University. Students may work in teams, depending on the size of the project. Regular meetings of the entire group of students in the subject will be the occasion for students to provide progress reports. There will be lectures and discussions on such topics as project selection, the project process, documentation and writing reports.
