Subject Description	This subject introduces legal topics and management of legal issues to supplement those topics covered in Introduction to Business Law. Topics include: introduction to employment law; stamp duties and related state taxes; business entities; introduction to taxation; CGT/GST/FBT etc; CGT/GST/FBT etc; CGT/GST/FBT etc; business registrations; contract management; contract management; superannuation; OH & S.
Assessment	A 3-hour end-of-semester examination (50%) and assessment of tutorial worksheets (50%, equivalent to 5000 words maximum).
