Subject Description

This subject is a course in elementary spoken Chinese to complement 110-143 Introductory Chinese 1A. Students will learn standard pronunciation and should develop basic listening comprehension and speaking skills on a limited range of everyday topics.

Assessment

Class participation, a 30-minute listening comprehension test and a 5-minute oral test.
