Subject Description | This subject focuses on modern Hebrew literary texts, and modern conversational idiom and grammar. At the completion of this subject students should have an enriched knowledge of the language through the use of modern Hebrew literature, of the modern idiom spoken in Israel today and its vocabulary, grammar and syntax, and be prepared for a broader range of expertise. |
Assessment | Written work of 1500 words, aural/oral testing equivalent to 1000 words, a 2-hour examination, and class participation. |
