This subject is dependent on the availability of specialist staff and funding, and sufficient student enrolments. This subject was previously 2/3P2: Introductory Portuguese.

922-032 LaTrobe-Portuguese Beginners 2A or approval of the subject coordinator.

This subject constitutes a more advanced level practical introduction to Portuguese language and to Brazilian and Portuguese culture. As in the case of Portuguese Beginners 2A/3A, students will acquire the language through a range of activities including language laboratory exercises, computer-aided tasks, role-play in small groups and the study of a wide spectrum of audio, video and written materials.
