Subject Description | The emphasis in this subject is on major authors in contemporary Spanish and Latin American literature. Students will be introduced to a broad spectrum of narrative techniques and themes prevalent in the key narrative works under consideration, and will also analyse contemporary texts. All of the texts will be studied within their sociohistorical and cultural context. |
Assessment | Written work equivalent to 3000 words for 3rd year, 4000 words for 4th year and one 15-minute (20-minute) oral presentation. |
