This is a creative writing (T/P) subject.

25 points of first-year creative writing.

In this subject students will explore principles of the craft and theory of writing short narrative fiction. Students will read a variety of short narrative fiction from the beginning of the modernist era to contemporary fiction.

Short fiction works totalling 4000 words with discussion of how the fiction responds to the subject content; regular attendance and participation in tutorials and workshops.
