Subject Description | This subject examines Australian income tax, capital gains tax, fringe benefits tax law, and goods and services tax, law and practices. |
Assessment | Either an optional tutorial paper of 1500 words (20%) and a 2.5-hour end-of-semester examination (80%) or a 2.5-hour end-of-semester examination (100%). |
