Subject Description	This subject introduces selected learning theories, concrete and abstract thinking; theories of intelligence; as well as strategies for identifying the learning needs of individuals and a consideration of individual learning, teaching and training styles and how these may affect communication in education and training.
Assessment	Essays, assignments and/or class presentation equivalent to 4000 words.
