Subject Description	Topics include concepts, rationale, characteristic purposes and features of consultancy; theories and models of organisational change and development and the consultant's role; types and frameworks for consultancy; values and ethics for consultants; and professional development and associations.
Assessment	Essays, assignments and/or class presentation equivalent to 4000 words.
