Contact	Fifteen days in a school designated by the Faculty, normally in a one-week block and a two-week block placement at the same school
Subject Description	Normally a one-week block scheduled in May and a 2-week block in September at the same school. Through direct experience in schools the subject provides for students to develop their initial understandings of the broad role of the teacher, the primary school curriculum and the learning and teaching processes. It is expected that during the second two-week block students will, with guidance from the supervising teacher, implement planned teaching tasks in the appropriate key learning areas.
Assessment	Fifteen days of supervised school experience.
