Subject Description

This subject focuses on the design of cost management systems including the design of systems for learning and improvement, the measurement and management of capacity, the role of strategic activity based management, cost systems for product development and the development of integrated systems.

Assessment

A 2-hour end-of-semester examination (60%), one individual assignment totalling not more than 2000 words (20%) and class participation (20%).
