Subject Description	This subject focuses on the more complex issues relating to cost control, profit analysis, performance measurement, compensation systems and strategic performance management.
Assessment	A 3-hour end-of-semester examination (70%), one individual assignment totalling not more than 2000 words (20%) and class participation (10%). Satisfactory completion of this subject requires a 50% pass in the end-of-semester examination.
