Subject Description | This subject involves intensive reading and/or research in a field of ethnological study and/or an area of topical concern not covered by other subjects available. The course of study may include an appropriate subject offered in another department. Students who complete this subject should have developed skills in researching the available literature on a specific anthropological topic; have thoroughly understood the theoretical and empirical issues raised by that literature; be equipped to formulate and target a specific area of future research at postgraduate level. |
