Contact	Three hours of lectures and a 1-hour tutorial per week
Subject Description	This subject consists of reading literary texts, further work on grammar and syntax; translation exercises; and Latin literary criticism. Students should complete the subject having read a number of Latin texts in the original and having consolidated their knowledge of grammar and syntax.
Assessment	Two hours of class tests, and written work which may comprise regular exercises totalling 2000 words for 1st/2nd/3rd year, 3000 words for 4th year.
