Subject Description | This subject constitutes a more advanced level practical introduction to the Portuguese language variety and to Brazilian and Portuguese culture. As in the case of Portuguese Beginners 2A/3A, students will acquire the language through a range of activities including language laboratory exercises, computer-aided tasks, role-play in small groups and the study of a wide spectrum of audio, video and written materials. |
Assessment | Aural comprehension and transcription exercises, reading performance and comprehension, oral production, written exercises, an essay of 1500 words and a 2-hour exam. |
