Subject Description | This subject is a practical introduction to the Portuguese language and to Portuguese and Brazilian culture. Students will acquire the language through a range of activities including language laboratory exercises, computer-aided tasks, role-play in small groups and the study of a wide spectrum of audio, video and written materials. |
Assessment | Aural comprehension and transcription exercises, reading performance and comprehension, oral production, written exercises, and a 2-hour written exam. |
