Subject Description | The course concentrates on recent articles and books. The selection will vary from year to year. Printed materials will be provided where necessary. Note: This is an approved legal theory subject. The essay in this subject is regarded as a substantial piece of legal writing for honours purposes. |
Assessment | Research essay, topic to be selected in consultation with the lecturer, between 4000-5000 words in length. Prerequisite of class presentation based on essay, and class attendance in at least 50% of scheduled classes is required. |
