Subject Description | A theoretical and analytical investigation of the best methods available to architects to fulfil their legal, ethical and professional obligations to clients and other parties affected by both the practice and business of architecture. Fields of study include a further overview of the construction industry; office practice including accounting and financial reporting; employment; the procurement of buildings, tendering, building contract administration and control of cost, time and quality; quality assurance; programs and regulatory constraints. |
Assessment | Assignments (e.g. exercises, essays, class presentations) equivalent to not more than 5000 words, and one examination (which could take the form of a class test) of up to two hours. |
